I'm liking his vision and what he is saying. The only thing is that it will definitely need buy-in from all the players. Hopefully he and his staff can get the players motivated to put in the work because his vision sounds awesome.

Head coach not meddling in the offensive plays calling. Seems good.

I do worry we have to many USF staff. But it's gotta be better that what we had
