Give Freeze a chance to get some players. Bruce had to go thru the same thing when he arrived on The Plains. It speaks volumes that some of the best QB talent in the country are now, at least, considering AU! Freeze has addressed the skill position black hole, just needs to shore up the OL and get the QB position upgraded.

We are all euphoric over the state of the BB program, but don't forget where it was when Bruce arrived, and how long it took him to make it what we are seeing today. For comparison, here's how we did in Bruce's first 3 seasons as AU's HC:

We were patient with Bruce because the inadequacy of the roster was patently obvious when he came in. We had some nice flashes with Cinmeon and Kareem Canty though.

It would have all come together in 17-18 but we were short handed with Danjel and Austin having to sit due to the scandal. That team was primed for a deep run even without them until Anfernee’s catastrophic injury against USCe as we were wrapping up the SEC title. Memory of that play is seared in my brain.

Our team is insanely good!! Fun to watch. We can beat you in the post, with the 3-ball, from the wing, in transition, on the glass, and in the paint. Haven’t missed one second of one game. We are must see TV baby!!!!!
