Holy shite this article is perfect for my bias so probably should work for you too.

It points out he isn’t elite all that much and also points out there is a difference between him being a top 5 back and the talent of the first two backs

No. The standards just changed. Is the elite OL from 1970 going to be elite today?
You're making the point more and more. Being elite in college doesn't mean Tank will be elite in the NFL. It's a step up in competition. Every elite HS all state player doesn't translate to an elite college player either.

I’ve heard this in rebuttal quite a bit yet my batting average is doing well so far.
What batting average? Are you picking 100 players from later rounds that will outperform the players in the first 3? Enlighten us - what RBs from later rounds will outperform Tank in the NFL?
Saying that the first RB off the board is better than the 5th or 10th isn't some impressive pick. It's like betting the money line on the favorite then bragging about it.

"In a stacked RB class, it’s hard to tell where Bigsby will settle in as a prospect. But on my scale, he’s a strong Day 2 prospect with early-day potential, and a top-five talent at his position. Robinson and Gibbs are separated at the top, but Bigsby is in contention to lead the next tier of runners."

Article says he's literally a top 5 college RB out of the draftable field in a stacked draft class... that's easily an "elite college RB".

What could you possibly be smoking where a top 5 player at his position is not "elite" in college?

I'm using stats and data while you use your emotions to decide if the guy was an elite college player. Now you're pouting like a little kid saying that I'm "making shite up" without pointing out anything that I made up.
You're being the stubborn old guy who can't admit when he's wrong even when faced with facts.

Top two is apparently stacked

I read Robinson, Gibbs, Air, Air, Achane

Nobody is interested in the 1.5% stuff.

I know where the distinction is at. I don’t need your lame stats.

OK you just have a particularly restrictive definition of elite - you're allowed to do that I suppose it's just weird. Top 15 draft picks or so, as long as they fit the Jang eye test because you have a "high batting average" and can "make the distinction" by your own qualitative evaluation. Other factors like squatting while in cowboy boots will be taken into evaluation as well.

Top 0.2% of draftable prospects are elite college football players in your eyes.

Really disappointed Bo Nix abandoned Auburn; however, his ability to throw the football is undeniable. Some NFL team will take a chance on being able to coach him up. I dont believe we have seen Bo's ceiling

A shame he already said he can’t afford the bet. 5th grade baseball don’t pay kids

Man... will be wild if he ends up going in the first. I always thought he'd get drafted but more like 3-5.

Leave the talent scouting to people like me. Especially you.

It was me myself and Irene that fought this board for months over Nix.

So now you think Bo Nix is elite eh? My view on Nix has always been he was better than he looked here. Guy was running for his life.
