They obviously have to develop the chemistry it takes to succeed. Reports are Caleb Williams is farther along than they expected and likely to carve out a role. He has apparently looked good so far, making plays which is encouraging to hear

I think I predicted 23 wins. Jovic being 3 inches shorter than I thought he was ultimately was a problem, and of course getting zero from Bashir and Magwood

We added 2 seven footers and a 6’11” big.
We added 2 productive Sun Belt players.
Size matters.
Shooting matters.
We’ve improved the roster in these two areas.
My big question is will the transfer PG from Vandy be a 12 minute per night man in SEC play?

I think GOAT Jr had a great press conference. The biggest takeaway as fans were two things.
1. This staff is the best in the country. Complete continuity.
2. This year’s team has a very tough schedule, especially early, but we have the talent to beat anyone we play.

Nothing wrong with that. I'm a fan and hope for the best too but there are questions about this roster and coaching staff
Frenchie arrived on campus today so now the whole roster is here and working towards hopefully a succesful 26-27 season. We travel to Greece in August and should start getting a glimpse of what we're going to look like

No, although everyone was so keen to hate on nepo Stevie many many on this forum were certain the whole staff would leave. They all stayed and we hired a GM from another power 5.

I was also wondering if we have a real shot with the PG out of Marietta, Kevin Savage.. He has us in his top 6, announcing July 5th.

In retrospect, last season was a feeling out process for everyone involved, with the GOAT stepping down. Just like in life, you’re going to make mistakes along the way but if you take it as an opportunity to learn your lesson and not make the same mistakes, then you’ll be a lot better off. I think this staff learned a lot last season, about themselves without Bruce, and I hope it pays dividends this upcoming season. It says something that the staff is still fully intact

Read that Freeman has a foot injury and hasn't practiced the last two weeks. Said we hope to have him back by the Greece trip but big guys and foot problems are a tricky situation
