My only complaint from the half is rebounding. KD could use some practice on his below the bucket shots too. Otherwise, I felt like we played a decent half.

I don’t hate it. He hit one fairly deep one already and had a dude that’s like 5’7 on him. If he’d done that at the end of the half I’d be pissed, but he set up a nice shot for Jabari.

I agree we could be rebounding better but it does seem a lot of them have just been lucky, like coming off the rim right into Tenn hands?

See FLA game for an example. I assume the 4th halftime game, was that one. Go watch the final possession before the half, then look at the final score.

I think your issue is that you hang on to each possession too much. Yes they all matter but basketball is not football. It’s basketball in 2022 and it’s Bruce Pearl. These kids are gonna take some bad shots. But a lot of good will come with it too. That’s why we’ve been arguably the best program in the league over the last 5 years

The points off rebounds are keeping this close. It’s like freakish bounce rebounds they keep getting.
