I get it, he's not John Stockton but he can't dribble or pass at a high school level. His turnovers are atrocious, like plays that never ever had a chance. Also, he's a shooting guard that can't shoot soo there's that too

If I am an NBA GM there is zero chance I would draft Keyshawn Hall. Terrible basketball player.
