Tyty went out again for an injury and wheeler had another dramatic flop.

It’s not a righteous win for UT.

I know people don't wanna hear hear this but this is our best shot to cut down some nets. The NCAA tournament is just so unpredictable.

Well, I think hitting the Final Four once helps mentally. It won't be any easier the second time, but it will also prove it is not a fluke. And if we can keep getting Jabari the ball like last night, combined with Kessler and our depth, we can beat anyone.

All I know is you can’t take road games in this conference for granted. Miss St had a shot at pulling ahead big time the other night and then proceeded to go 0 fer 10 or some shite from the 3 and by that point the 7/9 point deficit turned into a 4 point lead by Bama. You can’t go cold like that and expect to win even if it’s us

And every away game is a crap shoot.

And when was the last time we played really well on the road? Seems like every game we had to come back from a big deficit....

Bama up early on UK today. Even out rebounding UK.

UT also plays Arkansas today I think and play’s Arkansas again before the end of the season plus AU.

Let’s just get it done on our end

We just need to split MSU and UT on the road. Champs.

Just win the next game. Always my motto. No matter what happens after the game or how it went just win the next one. Rinse and repeat.

My motto is similar. “Just win the next game…and don’t let Wendell handle the ball with less than 10 seconds to play.”

Yep a couple weeks ago I was looking over the schedule with my Auburn buddy at work and told him I was worried about the trips to Arkansas and Gainesville. He called me crazy for being worried about the UF game.

I just told him "look, it's not the best Florida team, but with the way we play on the road at times, just about any team in the conference could beat us on their home court."

Home court in college basketball has to be one of the best "home filed advantages" in all of sports. It's like watching different teams when our guys play at home vs on the road.

We have the best away record in the conference and a big part of why we are highly ranked and lead the conference.

We are in a shooting slump a little but everyone can’t stay cold forever.

Even in our losses we've always been competitive and fought until the bitter end. This team doesn't quit and I love that. People who expect us to win every game or go undefeated are delusional. Even teams that go undefeated during the regular season, generally lose at some point in the tournament.

Teams can win or lose any given night and having an amazing team just increases your odds, you still need things to break your way in single game elimination.

I for one am just going to enjoy this run and root for our guys to go as deep as they can come March!!

Edit: I know this post veered slightly off topic just have seen some threads that are somehow bashing this team when this bball season has been such an amazing ride and has been awesome for AU.

But also LSU is leading 7-1 in fouls as well lol. It's insane the low number of fouls consistently UK gets called for.
