As of right now, no player on our team is a RD1 guy

Someone may leave early I guess, but it won't be because the NBA is pushing hard for them

Oklahoma is on a two game losing streak to Wichita St (OK City) & Memphis (Home)

Not sure if I feel better about them potentially being in a rut

or

OU is ready for a bounceback game after losing by 3 to WSU and OT L to Memphis

AUBURN | Sophomores Horace Spencer and Bryce Brown practiced for the first time Monday following an arrest for possession of marijuana six days earlier.

Neither dressed for Auburn’s wins against Coastal Carolina Thursday or Mercer Sunday.

“They’re off suspension,” Auburn coach Bruce Pearl said. “The suspension meaning my own them being away from the team, they’ve served that and now they come back.”

I wouldn't start either, and it has nothing to do with smoking weed:

5: Wiley
4: Smith
3: Purifoy
2: Heron
1. Johnson

Leaves a very solid bench:

Spencer
Brown (better make some shots if he's gonna play at all)
Harper
Dunans
Lang
McLemore

Harper >>>> Johnson

RJ is great off the bench but in no way should he be starting

I didn't realize Anfernee was this smart.

He could've went to Brown, Stanford, or MIT, but chose Auburn instead. War Damn McLemore!

Harper is too shoot first oriented to play the PG with all those scoring options. He doesn't look to create enough.

Honestly, Dunans would be the best fit. Just not sure if he can handle the ball well enough.

While I somewhat agree that Harper needs to learn to create for others more, he is leading the team in assists per game.

Harper is our best PG. I honestly don't see how this is even in question.

I agree. He does take a lot of shots but I at least have some hope he will make them. Johnson has looked good on pull up jumpers but that's about it.

He is our best PG, but I don't think he's a good fit with that group. With Wiley and Purifoy and Heron there should be a distributor.

He can be the scoring option off the bench, where he would be justified in taking the shots he's taken.

Yeah I would start Johnson as long as he was willing to take very few shots. He should only defer with those guys around him.

Why? He has the second highest 3 pt % on the team. I'm not seeing what you're gaining by taking shots away from him. Pearl subs so often that we don't really have "second unit", so starting Johnson would be pointless. Also, him being a scoring threat can only open it up for the other guys.

Ya this just isn't supported by fact....

Jared Harper ranks #6 in %Shot adjusted by minutes played on the team behind both Ronnie Johnson and TJ Dunans

Harper also is #2 in offensive efficiency rating behind only Purifoy.

It seems that a lot still have Purifoy at the 4, but I thought one advantage of adding Wiley was we could move him to his more natural position of the 3.

I'm unfamiliar with what characteristics are needed to play the 4, but what is keeping Spencer from playing the 4?
