It actually made sense. He was asked about one-and-dones. His point was that players who aren't NBA ready are getting drafted on potential alone and watering down the talent pool. With a watered-down talent pool, it makes it harder to put good product on TV every night which will turn people off to the game if they're shown game after game of subpar product.
