I have no idea about the AD world. It is obvious we need a professional though. Pay an established successful AD whatever he wants and let him do his job.

Why not Chizik? He was the last coach we had that understood how to win and the money people loved him.

Any one other than John "handcuff" Cohen.
He isn't liked by a significant number of people involved in the money game, he sucks at fundraising, none of the coaches like him.
Golesh doesn't have a single chance of succeeding if Cohen is maintained as AD.
