That’s my thoughts on Husky. Year 3&4 will be key.

If he loses more than 2-3 games in a year and the heat is immediately applied.

Honeymoon period right now.

Shamar Arnoux, cornerback out of Carrollton, sounds like he likes Auburn and the coaches are pretty high on him, and it sounds like he really is balling out at camp.

Any insights on him? Would he be a take now and we figure out the room later?

Probably a take. He’s tall and long. Different from the other CB commits.

Would say Woodby and Offord are the rare few the staff would have much higher on the board left

I think they said he had 6 INTs in the 7v7 last week

The Bama fans are celebrating flipping a kid from SMU.

It’s definitely a honeymoon period, they would be melting like popsicles any other year over that.

Yeah, thats why I asked about Arnoux.

Right now you have 3 CBs committed, Woodby on commit watch, Arnoux would make five and still a chance for Offord.

Must see one of these fellas at nickel?

It's not like the kid they flipped is a 3* offensive guard in fairness. Whereas we probably would celebrate that

Yea I mean realistically it will take on the field action to really change perception of their program. He’s lost some battles he shouldn’t so that is a good sign for us, but for the current class, they still have the Bama mystique. If they aren’t the same dominant team they have been, that’s when you’ll really start seeing an impact. He still has the benefit of being the coach of that program right now. It still recruits itself until they hit the field.

This is the heart of recruiting now. Everything else is just minor added value. Unless DeBoer is truly an offensive mastermind, they're going to lose a step and the dynasties are over, but they still measure up well where it counts.

Those NIL numbers are a "guesstimate" Jang, hence the asterisk in the header. No one is publicizing what their funds are.

None of the other columns (currently) could be used for NIL either.

And no one knows what happens if/when NIL moves in house to the Universities. Can you now use TV money to pay NIL? Ticket revenue. Does the NCAA even get a cut of jersey sales anymore?

And then there are the class action lawsuits being filed retroactively which is nonsense. How far do they go back, do ancestors of the Roman Gladiators have a claim to University revenues? Does the gymnastics team from 1894 get paid?

Mix of notes from On3 so far

4* ATH Derrick Smith will be back for Big Cat. He likes Marcus Davis but seems to love Kelly. He’s a WR/DB

3* OL Jacobe Ward will commit July 4th after visits to Tennessee and LSU. Auburn is on top

4* DL Nate Marshall wants to visit for big cat but Michigan has their big weekend as well then. Should be telling where he ends up

5* WR Cunningham OV’d at UF. He told Keith that UF was up there with Auburn as his favorite. This is three straight weeks Cunningham has said Auburn is on top. Definitely good news

I thought they just settled those and chose a year to go back to?

Thats some great feedback.

Someone needs to tell Derrick we are stacking DBs like cordwood this cycle, we need a second WR to go with Cunningham.

Cole mentioned earlier that Blake Woodby showed back up for another visit this weekend. Very encouraging news with him.

I don’t believe those numbers for a second. Uat wouldn’t have had the mass exodus they did with multiple starters or projected starters if they had that much more NIL money than Auburn does. Which btw, many people were saying Auburn’s NIL is in the $13-14 million range.
