Randy is referring to this very thread a while back where Hicks was a heavy lean to us, it was a matter of whether he would reclass or not.
Nothing and then he is gone. It is odd given that Deuce cant take a shat without it being reported here in four different threads.

It was less than two months. I think due to the two safety commits. Not really sure. Smuph might be able to say.

Hicks hasn’t been mentioned since we moved on from Juju.
We have Winters and Fegans in this class at safety.
If he remains in the ‘26 class we may turn back to him but we are in season now and will host visits but the heavy recruiting will pick back up after the season. Plus we need to finish this class out strong.

I don’t know much about Hicks. If he sticks in ‘26, we have time. Though, Texas seems to be humming

I think if Deuce fails to commit in the next few weeks that KJ will turn back us instead of the other way around.
