Seems a bit like cheeting to me. They get a huge advantage by practicing and playing there all the time. We arnt used to playing on a field like that and it surely was a big reason for our struggles. Just seems like a cheap way to try and trick the oposing team. I hope the selection comite notices this when handing out seeds!

Midweek game at Jax St was going great for 6 innings. 3-0 Tigers. Chatterton only gave up 1 hit and that was in the 7th. Then error and the bullpen came in and gave up a few walks and wild pitch puts 2 on the board for Jax St.
3-2 Tigers hanging on headed to the 8th.

Cooper comes back down from 0-2 to draw a walk for the first baserunner of the game. Bub hits one hard to third and grounds out but advances Coop. Guevara is beaned for our second baserunner. Carter bunts into foul territory for the second out. Fralick grounds out to first to end the frame.

Dutton “surrenders” a single that was an absolute screamer off of Coop’s glove for the first hit of the game. Next batter grounds into a 643 DP. Next batter Dutton that blows poor guy away looking.
Fabian then the second time through the lineup. We’ve made some decent contact. Hope we find some gaps.
