I haven't seen enough of us yet to know what we have at starting pitching. That being said...Allsup belongs in the pen. He is good one time through the lineup. Batters seem to tee off the second time around.

He hasn’t shown that he can get 3x through but has shown 2x. We need innings from him to keep our bullpen in place for the Sunday finale.

Tilly gives way to Drew Nelson after lead off walk. Nelson struggles a bit and gives up 1 run. Ben Schorr comes in with 2 on and 2 outs.
Schorr comes in and just needs 3 pitches to get the K to end the inning. 22-3

Team was barreling up the ball today for sure. Hope it carries over to conference play. I’m still concerned about overall defense and pitching.

I can't remember the last guy we had that could handle 3 times through the order on a consistent basis. Allsup needs to keep progressing like he has this year and we'll be fine. Need to get Gonzo back going and we will be fine.

We just need someone that can get through 6. That is seeing the top of the lineup at least 3 times (unless u are a Mize or Skeenes).
