Harsin has to prove he will be here first

There has been very little evidence offered so far he will be, and what happened this offseason is strong evidence he won't be. It's good to see 2 2024 guys commit, but there's a long time before they can sign, anything can happen. Results on the field will seal his fate...I mean determine

OT Gernorris Wilson is visiting for the Penn State game. Hopefully our crowd is wild. Been watching videos of our crowd when the stars align and hope we get back there. Hair on my back becoming erect moments are to die for.

I don't get the hate. He's more swole than me but I'd beat his arse in cardio. You hate the guy and I don't get it. Seems to have a great, accountable program. Unlike Gus, favoritism and people not working out.

No I don’t. I’ve said a thousand times he sounds like and and looks like a football coach. He just needs some more tools in his toolshed to complement his demeanor. I couldn’t praise his demeanor any more.

You could say he is teaching accountability I suppose, but so far nothing great has been about his existence. Maybe you’re like my late mom that liked to speak things into existence but that isn’t me, and to imply things are great now just because you think things are going to be great in the future is false.

Meh I’m not defending Gus. The way you make up lies about Gus’s workout program is pathetic though. If Harsin achieves Gus’s achievements
he will be ten times better than Gus but that will be 2 SEC appearances and 1 NC appearance later.

Recap for those wanting to skip over Janga’s and Alpine’s very new conversation on Harsin and Gus:

quote:

‘24 4* CB Amon Lane has committed to AU
‘24 4* QB Adrian Posse has also now committed

+
4* OT Bo Hughley showed up and is staying overnight
4* TE Jelani Thurman showed up and is staying overnight
‘24 4* QB Prentiss “Air” Noland is cool with Auburn taking 2 QBs. Said he knew they would if Brock Glenn committed elsewhere
Most of the predicted guys showed up and there’s potential for a commitment tomorrow

And to correct the record Harsin’s last year class wasn’t top 20.

This years class has an opportunity to be around top 15 but if we top out at 17-18 commits which some speculation around that then no way we get to top 15

I saw where Dukes put a crystal ball for Hughley to flip with a 9 confidence. Probably already discussed but that would be huge.

Mentioned it yesterday. KN said people around the program thought he might’ve flipped today.

I’d guess it happens eventually as long as Auburn doesn’t shite the bed on the field/Harsin’s hot seat intensifying

Edit: Mentioned the CB yesterday. But Dukes raised it to a 9 today.

Some more BCW wrap up:

-Multiple sites believe 4* DE Ashley Williams flips sooner than later
-Connor Lew didn’t make it but people still feel like he’ll choose Auburn
-Confidence on Bo Hughley seems to be high on all paysites

People should know how “in the know” Phillip Dukes is…

Love having this guy cover Auburn. He’s a hard worker.

So I’m just looking at the Harsin tweet about getting 2. 2 what sophomores. What the hell.

He will keep A’mon so no worries there. Jang you could be the head coach and A’mon would have committed to AU. Big fricking deal. That’s why he’s a fish out of water in the sec recruiting.

You’re having your “biggest recruiting” offseason weekend and talking shite before anyone in the current class even commits. You’re like 70th in the country and only ahead of Ole Miss, that is if Ole Miss didn’t pick anyone up this weekend. But you do you with the big talk.

As I suspected Ole Miss did pick up someone and has jumped us. Back to our normal spot of last in the conference in recruiting

IF you still coach, I hope people bitch about you as much as you bitch about Harsin. You are like a broken record. It doesn't matter what Harsin does. We get it. Same song same dance every day. Fans like you can go root for another school any time you like. It will actually be welcomed.
