quote:to some degree yes. Freeze eluded to holding plays back and formations back for future use. Which is why his playcalling was so infuriating. He could have called a better game, but chose to keep it simple imo
Freeze was just sand bagging to not show too much to Aggies and the Thugas

I can't remember what play it was exactly, thinking it was a toss to a back up running back, but the blockers on the outside just bumped into the dB and then just stood there while he tackled the runner. Just very little effort

See this is the point you are dismissing and cannot accept. He can’t run the whole offense because he is only good at running. Sorry my friend but someone had to tell you.

Scott got hurt in the 2nd half.

Awful game. Might get us to bowl eligibility if we can improve and upset a team or two.

I think it was him and hunter now you mention it.

He has his heels sunk in he ain’t listening to shite nor is he even seeing the things he’s seeing because of bias.
Thorne is the QB so let’s roll. Stop with the bullshite. When Robby came in they just went to a bear front 5 down linemen. So you either let him throw and run the offense and live with the poor passing or you stick with Thorne

Throne really looked good passing tonight

Slacker, i understand you think i'm easy to hate
but what you see is what you get.
There are no midgame extreme highs and lows and im willing to bet just to prove im not blowing hot air up your skirt. Which is as genuine as most here are. i have a two week bet with chex. just let me know if you want some friendly (hateful) action.

I think it is fair to say that not one single college football fan / insider in the entire USA expected what happened tonight. Like, a lower % than correctly picking every win in a NCAA Tourney bracket. The O/U was 54, AU =6. I would have taken the over. NO ONE saw this shite show coming. No ONE.

Man it even reads worse than I remember seeing

Not turn the ball over, or shite his pants and be indecisive, opened running lanes for the RBs because Cal was scared of him running. And what else could he do when he was constantly getting pulled out. You have Ashford derangement syndrome so bad it’s comical.

Robby did 8 yards
That’s it man. 8 yards and almost threw an interception with one of his three passes but cal DB/LB couldn’t catch.

No one is saying Thorne is good just the best we have for the entire offense.
Thorne has his weaknesses. He doesn’t have an NFL for sure. He has decent touch and if we throw more then 10 times a game he might get his accuracy back. He is thinking too much on his reads. He is almost hitching before throwing a timing throw because I think he isn’t sure if the WR is gonna be wher they are supposed to be.
Thorne made a bone head play reaching the ball out on the sideline when you are 6 yards short of the first down.
But hey I can see the good and bad in both the QBs. Clearly Thorne gives us the best chance to win. If you can’t see that you are the only one on this board that I’m aware of.
