We’re recruiting against the 3 best recruiting programs in the country, with a guy from Boise. Give it time.

The other two were both top 100 recruits and are both freshmen. One was still probably gonna leave no matter what.
Bo coming in may cause both to leave but it’s pretty likely that one of the remaining two would leave no matter what.
I personally loved Butterfield tape and would be ecstatic to get him at Auburn but he’s west coast through and through I think

Ashford although rated decently in high school has very good WRs and a good team around him. Light SEC recruitment for him and had to go to Oregon. Not like Oregon just came in an stole one out of our back yard.
I would venture to say Calzada, TJ, DD, even Holden would all be well ahead of Ashford.

We’re struggling in the transfer portal but that doesn’t surprise me for reasons I’ve stated and have been disagreed with. I thought we did OK in ‘22 (so far) and ‘23 sets up well for us.
I’m giving no free passes. I just want to see a second class before I join others on the sinking ship.

I don’t care what happens tomorrow that might be hinted about.
You better be able to get 4 OL and 4DL every year out of high school. Every 3rd year you have to bring in 5OL for center type player and just for depth. And with the portal you better be ready to play them as sophomores or redshirt freshman or by their junior years you might be going against them.
Just like our new defense scheme must take 3 LBs most classes and that doesn’t include edge players.

Hell. We even offered him. That didn’t mean anything in the end.
There is no way he had a commitable offer to Georgia. The rest of the teams you provided are under question now…. unfortunately for your argument.
