Read my previous post. They feel that the majority of the OL we bring in must be transfer guys who can play right away and act as a bridge. Our roster breakdown at the position is horrendous right now. The fact of the matter is that you can't expect any HS OL to step in and start.

I understand that, but I think we would all feel better about the future and direction of the program with Agbo signed on with Eston.

The OL guys out of HS have been horrible for a few years now so it's not like we were depending on them anyways. Im fine with taking in a portal heavy class to bridge the gap, but there has to be something to bridge it to.

For whatever reason it seems like Auburn didn't think Agbo could make an impact. That's really all we know. If they think that then there isn't a lot of use having another OL on the roster that can't play.

Ok. They also believe that Agbo is an OG. Does that make you feel any better? They are recruiting another one of those in Farmer, the Florida de-commit who will sign in February.

Woodyard to AU!

I don't care who you are - flipping a 4* from Alabama is a huge, huge statement for Potato Posse.

And what happens if we miss on Farmer? A lot can happen in 2 months in recruiting.

Umm I’m not sure Bama was really trying to keep him after injury but he’s talented enough for us to take the risk. But it’s still a big score for us

LMAO. Sounds like you already know everything, so why even ask? The ANSWER for you is that they don't feel that Agbo is a difference maker, nor does he project to the position we actually need (OT). If you think that he is, that's great for you - it's a big miss for us then LOL.

The staff does their own evaluations. If it doesn’t match up with the recruiting services it leads to seemingly weird decisions to us.

If they don’t think a guy is good enough to play for Auburn, they aren’t going to sign him. You can disagree with it but it’s the reality of the situation. I don’t see why we keep talking about it.

Auburn up to 16th in the composite. Should move to 13th after Camden Brown announces in 45 minutes or so

If I'm Brandon Frazier watching this class, I think I'm eating a lot of cheeseburgers this winter.

The guy is behind two TEs in his own class, looks like he's behind Rice who's younger than him, and now Riley-Ducker is coming in. Wonder if he has a better chance of starting at OT than TE. He's already 6'7", 267 (listed).
