That game was a real buzzkill. Had it almost locked up with another made shot. We owe Miami payback anyway if it gets that far.

I think we can beat them if we pound em with Jaylin and Broome and our guards just play their tails off on defense. Tomorrows matchup is tougher than Miami

Haven’t but I don’t expect him to play again this season. Same shoulder he hurt earlier and he could barely move his arm

This right here. We have hung with a lot of really good SEC teams and led the majority of 85 minutes against arguably the best team in the country.
The tournament benefits us because of the way it’s called. We are an overly aggressive defense that was penalized in the SEC because of the awful whistle happy refs. We got a way with a lot more against Iowa and it really benefited our defense.
Ultimately though we will have to hit shots, to win this game though. That and rebounding will decide the game. Definitely possible, but not necessarily a strength of this team.
