FWIW JLee picked James Robinson to the Vols & Brenden Coffee to Oregon.

Touche.

For reference my most recent shocks include us signing Pappoe, Dabo becoming an awesome coach, and 2013 (all of it).

With him waiting til December we may have to have a big season & maybe Boobee do good enough to go pro to land Tank.

This would be true even if he committed today. Him waiting is absolutely better for us.

Maybe but barring coaching changes it's a lot easier to hold on to guys overall when they have committed than to try to get them to commit late if there are bumps in the season.

If we lose Tank to UGA and Webb to Bama, I'm gonna be salty.

247 demoted Tate Johnson to 3*

What John Garcia Jr had to say about that:

The Top247 was overhauled last week and now we are getting to the guys who were beyond that group. With Tate, his camp stuff was impressive but with the pads on during his spring game where we Isoed almost every play, there were inconsistencies compared to his junior tape. A bit heavier, less mobile. Also kind of locked in that he was gonna be an inside guy all the way at that point as well. We’re still high on him in smaller windows and the fit with Auburn is a strong one. We will of course continue to evaluate all the way through January and plenty of eyes will be on him as a senior at Callaway.

- KN says AU might be the favorite for 4* CB Domio

- KN thinks we’re trending up for Brian George. He’s making a decision by Saturday and Miami seems to be our competition there

- KN thinks AU takes one of Pouncey or Dennis is we land both Domio and George. First in the boat situation there

- AU still trending for Tank. KN says he’s nearly ready to enter a crystal ball and that his intel says the Georgia stuff was a little premature

So, despite being dominant in summer camps they decided to compare spring game film to junior year film to evaluate his top 247 worthiness.

Translation: 247 had other OL they wanted to put in the top 250 and needed a few guys to slide out so they went lookin’

When we are good and our two biggest rivals aren't dominating.

So his spring scrimmage game caused his drop? Seems a bit strong for a bad day. But guess they are looking for any reasons to adjust people

Don't think they said anything being dominant. I think they were trying say something nice before moving him down.

Do we still have any shot with him if Tank falls through.

KN says yes this morning. Cadillac and Toafili are very close. Says AU, FSU, and UF are the teams to watch

Garcia said “impressive” in the post but dominant has been used in several of his camps this summer. Not going to argue language with you That’s hardly my point of the post

A lot of what they say is BS.

I don’t even know what this means. This statement only tells me that John has a full understanding of the alphabet. After all they claim to have demoted him after isojng him at a pointless spring practice.
