I do find it amusing that when a kid commits the credit goes to the position coach and when he decommits/signs somewhere else it’s Gus’s fault

WHat depresses me was when he said that AU and GA were similar regarding it being like family, but he thought GA had more chances to play for chanpionships. Geez...what a knock in the teeth (but so far it's true, unfortunately)..
UGa is still trending up, and we are still trending down. It's gonna take some legitimate consistency by AU on the field to change that perception, and frankly, when have we seen that from a Malzahn-coached team?

on that note, is our new offensive analyst with NFL experience, the "heir apparent" for OL coach? If so maybe it's time to go ahead and make that move

When we brought him on staff I said I thought he’d replace Grimes after ‘19. Might not be able to wait if we miss in Henry and Bell today

It depends on the year he has. It seems scouts like him. He’s frequently mentioned as one of the top 2 QBs for the 2020 draft. Herbert May have bumped him down one spot though.

Damn we won't even finish in the top 10 this year. This has to be Gus' worst year overall.

ANd then we lost to them again, in the most important game that year (SEC Championship)...so be sure and finish the story.
GA..is having a much better upside to playing for a NC than we are..which is what sold Pickens...
