Nobody is getting busted for cheating. It's too rampant and the SEC can't open that can of worms. Some are doing more and better than others but everybody is doing it and there's no way to stop it.

What does that even mean anyway, Kirby beat Nick at his own game? Why does Kirby care about burning bridges with other coaches that it is his job to beat?

I still say to this day that Jonathan Whitakers ceremony a number of years ago was the example and epitome of how it should be done with class. Came out in his Auburn gear, made his speech, signed his papers, family celebrated.
And Whit was a top recruit at that time and could easily have played games.

Negative recruiting isn't illegal. I'm talking about some straight up $$$ exchanging. There's no way that all the sudden thUGA comes into the picture. Especially with Fields leaving. I mean, who is going to throw him the ball? Meanwhile, Pickens has been so excited to play on the same team as Nix. Then boom...flip

Nothing illegal about negative recruiting. Kirby and others have plenty of fuel to use against us. Gus historically underperforms, our offenses have been shite of late. Qb situation is a big ? right now and passing game weird to say the least.
I'm surprised we were in on Pickens to begin with. He must of really wanted to come here and block for our jet sweeps

There's simply too much money involved. $47 million per school just from TV/streaming will always trump such antiquated concepts as fair play and amateurism. It sucks, but it is what it is.
So long as it isn't blatantly obvious (Hugh Freeze, I'm looking in your direction), schools will get away with it routinely, including AU.

In all seriousness, every school is cheating and if UGA beat us for Pickens then it’s our own damn fault

Sucks to lose Pickens, but what are people really angry about? The kid wasn't going to qualify. I'd rather him go somewhere else than us get hopes up and him never play a single down for AU. Move on.

I agree with the plenty of fuel about GusShortBus, but the QB position is in good of shape as I've ever seen at Auburn. Gatewood and Nix are both championship caliber QBs.
