Lanier is just getting old and becoming senile. Pav’s been there for the decade I’ve been here so at least he has company

What did Marcello say about Sandburg?

Ok smartass, tell me who you think will be drafted from the current roster that Auburn has. Kam Martin? too small. Miller? lol. Whitlow? We'll see. But looks like if he was really good (as in good enough to leave his Junior year for the draft), he would've played last year with all the injuries at the position.

Ok. You just named 4 guys that were recruiting in 2013 or before. Now name me out of the past 4 recruiting class how many RBs will be drafted? KJ. That's it.

You do realize he missed most of the season with an ankle injury right? That's why he didn't play....
Also you listed only 2 backs off the roster as guys that won't make it. Personally I think both Whitlow & Asa are future bellcow backs who will be drafted. Don't see Shivers being drafted due to his size but he will have a solid AU career

So did you think CAP, Mason, Grant and Barber were all getting drafted when we signed them? Or were you all "woe is me" because we were taking 3*/low 4* or JUCO guys?

The RB recruiting issue has been discussed at nauseum. Yes do OK but we are not getting the elite RB recruits. Fact. Last yr we had no replacement for Kerryon and it hurt us down the stretch. Loss to UGA and UCF. Fact. Most of us thinks the problem is Gus’ penchant to use one back and run them into the ground. True. I think I covered it. Back to recruiting news.

Next year’s QB conpetition will definitely be the headline news of the team.

No. We need to cheer for Gus to get his head out of his arse, and start rotating RBs more.
Wtf are you talking about? We do just fine splitting the RB workload
RB#1 vs RB #2+ Workload
2013* (Regular Season) - RB1- 57.5% Other RBs- 42.5%
2014- RB1 71.3% Other RBs 28.7%
2015- RB1 52.8% Other RBs 47.2%
2016- RB1 42.3% Other RBs 57.7%
2017- RB1 56.6% Other RBs 43.4%
Considering we have had 1st Team All SEC RBs in 2013/14/15/16/17, giving our RB1 only 55-60% of the carries by RBs isn't that much

I’m still holding out hope that Jake Fromm continues to be Georgia’s starting QB, leaving Justin Fields as a potential transfer candidate. He would look sweet in orange and blue, and fit perfectly.
And Auburn is best when they trot out a QB transfer.

Between him and Lanier, I'm starting to agree.
Cant believe you put me in with him. You cant be serious.
I was wrong about ZERO. You guys just were not able to take what I said when it was true.
Sorry to cloud up your blue skies.

Getting old has nothing to do with it. Been around a long time? Yes. Very experienced at some things.
One was telling you all that Sean White was not the guy. Sorry you were wrong

Malik will be a square peg in a round hole in this offense that were are running. He is just not a fit. He would be perfect for the previous offense.
If we are not going to use him at QB, we need to put him somewhere. He is a very good athlete and can contribute somewhere.
He is not a pocket passer and probably wont become one. He needs to be able to use his legs
