I think in obvious Roc Thomas just isn't that great of a player. He should be dominating FCS competition. I still can't believe he opened 2015 as our starting running back.

Joey's offensive line has been straight dominated. I think JG has actually looked really good making something out of nothing - he's driving now. Couple really nice passes. I like. Trevor Lawrence is legit - glad he chose Clemson over UGA

Tough luck losing helmet on that series. Great drive though. Nice pump fake and over shoulder throw in there. Dude moves way to fast for his size

Cartersville is just much better than Bartram Trail. Joey Gatewood looks good, but he's not getting much help. Hunter Lawrence is the real deal. Amazing how Clemson gets all of these quarterbacks.

These coaches at BT are idiots. Riley Smith looks like garbage and doesn't add much to the offense. They swap quarterbacks every series and allows nobody to get into rhythm. Stupid. Put in Joey Gatewood.

Only negative with JG is he seems very quick to tuck it and run, but then again he has 4 guys running free at him every play. All things considered I like what I see in him

We are stacked but as stacked as we are we still have to deal with the SEC West schedule and UGA / Clemson. If we lose 3 or 4 nail biters but look good doing so i'll be fine if he stays. If we lose 3 or 4 games while whirly birding running the ball 70% of the time and rotating qbs then ya he needs to pack his bags. We have too much talent not to compete head to head with Clemson, UGA, LSU, Bama, ect. Gus is the only one that can screw this up by not putting the players in a position to succeed. We had some beautiful drives last year then Gus would follow them up with some WTF drives. If that shite starts surfacing again and we can't score against the those teams he should be fired.

Gatewood leads another TD drive. Had a great pass for a TD. Threw a nice back shoulder fade but WR couldn't come down with it then he ran it in for short TD on 4th

He's a better passer than I've given him credit for. I've viewed him as a CJ Uzomah type player, but I absolutely think he could compete at quarterback.
