Oh I missed posting this earlier but Markail Benton admitted that he considered flipping to AU. Searching for article. I am just gonna assume it's because JLee leaked it so we can have another reason to hate that dude

I may not really sure who's dumber Parks for greyshirting or Auburn for wasting a scholarship on Whitlow who's attitude is absolutely the worst. He literally walked of the field in the beginning of the 4th qtr against Fyffe in the playoffs and left the game. He played qb and if he didn't have the ball he literally handed of and stood and watched. On D he got lit up one time and was done. He's fast and illusive but don't like to get hit or told what to do.

You can't take a academic scholarship and play football because in the NCAAs eyes it's considered a football scholarship.
Gray shirt just means he waits a semester and then goes to Bama so he'll count against their numbers next year.

Yeah, it gives Saban an extended chance to evaluate him verses what he signed, and next years DL recruits. He is giving up all of his leverage. He will probably be a footnote in a al.com article next year.

AU, LSU, or UGA? Yes, I think those schools would move on. He would end up at MSU or Kentucky. His value can only decrease from today.
