Nate Craig-Myers: "After talking with coach Fedora, it's 50-50." The ESPN 300 WR is down to Auburn and North Carolina.

I just can't make myself be concerned over losing a football recruit to UNC. Maybe in shooty hoops but not football

I don't see NCM forgoing his long rich relationship with DC over a phone call with Fedora.

I could see things like this being recruits trying to respect other staffs.

If you had a long convo with a coach you liked and get asked about it the next day, you don't want it coming out "Ya, it didn't mean anything to me"

Then you must not remember the Robert Quinn surprise of 2008. :-)

It was not a dig at Spark. I was just tired of seeing Mike Farrell as the source for things being close for AU & UNC w/ NCM, especially given his track record.

Yup. Supposedly committed to AU Tuesday night but AU could not keep him off the phone w/ UNC so he flipped NSD morning. So the story goes anyway.

Wow, wasn't a message boarder nor did I follow recruiting in 2008 but that sounds like the most Auburn recruiting story I've ever heard

Also, agree he's likely being respectful of Fedora and staff which is nice of him in today cutthroat recruiting world

Another potential piece to the OT puzzle

OT Tyler Catalina, a Rhode Island grad transfer, was offered a scholarship by Auburn today, per his brother. LINK

Grad transfers seem to be the next big thing in CFB. Wonder how the NCAA will frick it up

Make them count to yearly 25 IC limits even though 99% of them only have 1 year to play.

Which is stupid. If a guy graduates early, let that be a reward.

Agree but when has the NCAA ever cared about making the smart move
