I'd add Warrior as a pipe dream.

We'll keep Coe

Jones, you're right. I forgot he is a VOLS legacy. Someday maybe my dream of getting two monster LBs and a 5* CB/S will be real. Retire already Saban you old greedy frick.

Based on what E said about Barton Simmons scheme/fit rankings

Any WR we have committed will likely drop since we don't pass well. Calvin Johnson would be lucky to be a 3*

Also, scheme/fit is dumb as shite since none of the kids are locked in yet anyways

My thinking is that scheme fit = team bias. Just another way to explain it

Not AU related but anyone see where Kevin Turner's son committed to Clemson? LINK

Just seems weird that the son of the guy on the NFL lawsuit about concussions and part of research connecting head trauma and ALS would be playing football

KK, we have a crap ton of linebackers but mostly we don't know what they look like on the field yet eschew Tre Williams and Holland. We may need more serviceable depth next year and I don't think Threat and Bosse can provide that next year.

we have enough guys to at least provide serviceable depth to Tre and Holland.

LB is a huge bust this year especially considering we're losing 4 guys at that position.

OT (please stick Ashley)

If Malzahn is still around, and Coleman is taken where he's projected, It would be a hard sell for other schools to pull him away. It's evident Malzahn's offense really showcases LTs. With Herb on board, I think Ashley sticks.

Also, as far as LBs go, next year is shaping up to be a great class (a top-5 ILB&OLB), so long as there isn't a big staff shake-up.

sounds like we may be adding Jordan Griffin at corner to this class. Him, Jayvaughn and SD Jr would be a hell of a finish to the secondary if added to Broussard and Character.

6'1 ~180lb is solid size. I like him and Broussard seeing as it would be a small and lengthier guys to bring in

Anybody know if we could still et Jake Bentley, with his father gone?

With the receiver talent we have coming in, I wouldn't mind adding him.

I would only be excited about Bentley if we hired a new OC with a history of putting together a good passing offense at a high level.

Otherwise give me the duals all day back there.

I think our class is going to be solid but god damn LSU's class is getting so fricking stacked. It hurts.

No kidding, if it ain't bama it's them. We all have been frustrated with Gus the last couple of years but it's not an easy job right now.

OA News did an interview with him a couple weeks ago after his dad left... He listed three or four schools he was interested in and auburn wasn't on his list. Stanford was his top school. He didn't completely shut the door on us, but we weren't a priority.

He's playing his senior year in SC.

We have been trying all season to flip him. He's been solid to UK thus far. We can't even get him to OV here and he only lives a few hours away.
