People put Kozan up as GOAT level guard. That has always been a pet peeve of mine. Just Auburn hype train at work

This makes me very happy. Need some new blood & I trust in Muschamp's recruiting. Carlton Davis is improving every week, I mean for most of the game he was holding his own against Treadwell. When Irvin hasn't been hurt he has looked strong as well.
It sucks right now but if we don't panic I think we are gonna be just fine
The big thing on offense is we NEED a WR that can come in day 1 & be the deep threat. I just don't believe Tony Stevens is going to be that guy next year but who knows. Kyle Davis would have a chance to play day 1 so that's gotta be a big plus for us

Yep. This team might look a lot different if we could have signed Christian Kirk. We just need a playmaker or two in the worst way.

Niceville used Stove a lot like we use Ricardo. He lines up inside and outside and clearly has elite speed. Blocks well on the perimeter. Has a big body. Highlight reels never show drops and CBs aren't playing bump and run.
You never know. It's easy to see why he's ranked so high though.

It was one of the qualities I liked about Tuberville when it came to defensive players. He seemed to know a kid had the abilities and talent beyond their star rankings.

Tubs looked for speed first. Athleticism was a very close second, but speed was the foundation of success.

It's why I don't want to hit the panic button yet on this coaching staff. I think Muschamp is gonna bring in higher quality defenders (see Tim Irvin & Carlton Davis) & I still believe Gus can give us a solid offense (not a popular opinion right now) so I still see good things ahead. Next season could be really interesting to see what kind of defense we field as we will be shedding a lot of upper class talent which could actually be a good thing

Just look at florida's personnel right now.... Geoff Collins was a solid DC at MSU with average talent... now all of a sudden he's a super star with UFs players.
Obviously WMs resources at Florida were greater than they are here... but the talent level and physical play will increase.
