I can't tell who is more negative...

Captain Brannigan or AUtigR24

Brannigan normally has a point though, just is a dbag about it so you don't want to acknowledge it.

AUtigR24 is often wrong, always negative and sets some absurd expectations then gets mad when we don't exceed them.

what teams signs every top target every year?... alabama?... nah, they missed on Leo Lewis and an elite OT... their staff must suck.

to hold against this staff the fact they didn't sign their #1s is beyond ridiculous... a DT from Texas... WR from Arizona... a tackle from Florida that grew up a gator fan... it makes no sense.

Think about it this way, outside of DCraig, not a single one of our O coaches recruited top Southeast talent in the years before coming to AU. That means no long term recruiting relationships, no experience dealing with top talent and not a lot to sell kids on prior experience in the big leagues.

On defense, Melvin Smith and Harbison were duds. Ellis Johnson just didn't recruit at all.

If we don't hit on kids this year though, your argument holds weight

Oh, you're right about Auburn not landing ALL of their top targets? No shite? So tell us, who exactly has been able to accomplish that?

Keep in mind, Alabama missed on Tony Connor, Vonn Bell, Terry Godwin, Hunter Henry, Jordan Jenkins, Jameis Winston, CeCe Jefferson, Leo Lewis, Ricky Town, Isaiah Prince, Leonard Fournette, Travis Rudolph, Zach Whitley and I'm stopping here now.

We didn't land 1 of our top targets. Unless they were an Olinemen then I wouldn't know.

I don't think anyone would be complaining if we had a decent percentage or even 1 out of 4 2 out of 5 but we struck out this year.

I'm cautionsly optomistic this year. Especially at WR since we're putting Coates in the 1st/2nd round this year Duke in the 1st/2nd round next year.

You're being ridiculous. And when it's 6 people saying it to your lone argument you should listen.

For non Boom/TRob targets

Prince Tega, Darrell Williams and Darius Slayton

You can also argue Chandler Cox, Kaleb Kim, Tyler Carr and Marquell Harrell deserve to be on the list as well.

That is 1/3 of our commits were top targets at their position despite losing our DStaff and adding multiple #1 guys from TRob/Boom such as Cowart, Holland, Carlton Davis, Tim Irvin and Ryan Davis

He's always been a douche on this board. So god damn nega it's annoying.

RandySavage is starting to make a run with his huge nega attitude. He shouldn't be named after the true macho man.

AUtigR24 is, and always has, done this for attention. When he first started posting here he was reasonable and added a lot of quality posts. I defended him on numerous occasions when someone called him out for being a douche. His pattern of negativity is predictable. On most of his posts, he begs for responses because he's "right". And I'm sure if he responds to this he'll challenge me to review his posts for evidence
