We've gotten 5 Crystal Balls today for Darrell Williams, including Charles Power, JC Shurburtt and Shannon Terry. What gives? Why so many picks today?

Got 3 Bama guys picking us too.

Funny thing is he may not even be an AU take.

I know someone who was involved with his recruitment. He felt disrespected early from Bama since they had no contact with him through the fall. Grew up a huge Bama fan though. He liked AU but person I know thought AU was only in it in case Bama didn't pull trigger

For this LB class, I just want to sign two solid players. The 2016 LB duo we lead for would be insane though, Shaquille Quarterman and Keion Joyner. That'd possibly be the top ILB and OLB in the country.

Darrell Williams won Birmingham Rivals Camp MVP.

He weighed in at 6'3 227lbs

Auburn is recruiting him the hardest right now he is supposed to visit our scrimmage Saturday.

Mom wants him to stay in-state.

He likes our coaching staff and said defense plays with a lot of heart.

He knows he can play earlier here. Garder and EJ are pitching him on how we are short on LBs

Leo Lewis is also supposed to visit Saturday (fap)

Dunno about playing early. Well, I guess McKinzy and Frost will be gone shortly after he arrives. But still there would be Cam Toney and Tre Williams ahead of him, and I'm still high on Deshaun Davis if he comes back to full strength.

Personally I want 2 out of Roquan Smith, Jeffrey Holland, Leo Lewis and then Richard McBryde.

Per AUC - Expected visitors, amongst others I'm assuming, this weekend are Kerryon Johnson, Jauan Jennings, Javon Patterson, Leo Lewis.

I agree with you on those four guys. I was trying to get someone to get excited about Quarterman with me. Man-child in the middle. We have led for him for a while.

From the UGA board:

quote:

Just a heads up, Rashad Roundtree's HS coach is leaving Lakeside HS. He is taking the job at rival Columbia County HS Greenbrier. This is interesting because Troxler was a huge fan of Auburn and Gus Malzahn, so it looks like they no longer have that in-road with Rashad. Depending on who Lakeside hires, it could seal UGA up for Rashad

Out of 5, how big of a target is Leo Lewis for the staff?

Deondre Francois and Jacques Patrick didn't make it in today as planned.

It was either here or Miami. Guess they chose Miami.

He was not mentioned earlier but per AUC one of our top WR targets, Jayson Stanley, will be here Saturday also. AU is in good shape but he wants to wait to commit because he wants to see how we throw the ball this year first.

Also Bama commit. Jonathan Ledbetter will make a return trip to AU Saturday.

Know anything about Kaleb Kim? Poster on the Scout site says he will be committing to Auburn pretty soon.

I believe he said, when he named us his leader, that he'd be committing sometime in May, after his school's Spring practice (for whatever reason?).
