You're such a girl. You see size and you want him not even knowing or caring if he's any good.

I completely understand why 247 does the composite, but I do find it kind of backwards that they use the composite as their "go to" rankings.

It makes them more legitimate IMO. The composite cuts through regional/team bias.

I guess you're right. Still, I wouldn't mind a 6'6" WR in the mix. I'll watch his tape.

Rivals best and most balanced AU recruiting reporter, Bryan Matthews is ironically used like an intern. He barely helps with recruiting or team coverage.

Which sucks because I really like BM...he was jam up at 247.

Everyone I know who follows recruiting love him. Auburn and Alabama fans alike

Ya, what's up with this? I'd much rather read BMatt than Allie "I got this from twitter" Davidson

I didn't really think about it until you posted this, but he really doesn't do very much. What the hell do they have him doing? I never see stuff posted by him anymore

I just read a the post by Keith Niebuhr about this kid. He said academics might be an issue and possible JUCO route? If that is the case, maybe he gets steered to a good JUCO and is a good get for the future?

Still very new at following recruiting, lol I do not see how y'all do it!

This Devante Peete kid seems at least somewhat solid at catching and jumping for the ball. Looks annorexic runway model skinny though and definitely doesn't seem to have any speed

4.8 actually seems generous

He covers random stuff but nowhere near the volume Allie does and the War Room is mostly JLee's now.He posts a few things a day. The only reason I know is I don't go to the main board. I go to the post and profile pages. Here's Bryan's link 1 LINK 2

Just watched his tape and it seems a tall WR that can go up and get the ball in traffic isn't good enough because he isn't a 40 champ?

His tape looked solid to me, and against some of the best competition at that.

Didnt say he isn't "good enough", nor did I say he has to be a "40 champ"... but I'd personally like a WR that is a bit faster than Greg Robinson who ran in the low 4.9s at the NFL Combine.

Can he play inside and what kind of shooter is he behind the three point line? I trust Coach Pearl's judgement on this.

He's a little undersized to be a DE in the SEC.

Any way Gerald Willis tries to transfer to Auburn? He had numerous off the field problems at Florida but he was a 5* DL out of high school.
