Why does he continue to change what is said about recruits in EVERY damn "update" he posts?
IMO I think whatever site he gets the 247 sums from does a poor job in translating what their reading to what their typing. 24 does not have a AUC sub so he's not getting it straight from AUC.

According to Kerryon Johnson Bama has started recruiting him hard as of late. He said Lane Kiffin DM's him on twitter telling him to watch bama's offense.

Johnson says bama isn't "much of a threat" but also added that Bama is "the biggest threat" to AU.

He'll OV Bama and FSU
"Come to Florida State where...wait, when's the last time our running back lead the conference in rushing or got drafted high? Did I mention we play a pass first offense and already have Dalvin Cook? We also don't rotate running backs much..."

"Come to Alabama where you can be our next Reggie Bush! Look, look what Kenyan Drake is doing! Running route and catching passes! He also lines up in the backfield."

"Come to Auburn where you can lead the conference in rushing (Tre Mason and Cam Artis-Payne have the last two years) and we even rotate youngsters into the game (Mike Dyer, Tre Mason, Racean Thomas). We can play you anywhere in the offense due to your versatility. Did I mention we are a run first offense that almost always leads the SEC in rushing?"

I get ALL my info from twitter. I don't have any premium site accounts. Most the info I get is already summed up or re-worded from whomever post it on twitter. Random people I follow try to summarize whole articles into twitters 42 charachter limit. SOmetimes info gets skewed personal opinion gets put into the summarization but Ellioter always cleans it up.

No kidding

Come to Auburn where we ride one workhorse back a year. You'll only get meaningful snaps your junior or senior year, but you'll get enough carries in that one season to make up for the three or four before spent riding the bench, and then some. At least NFL scouts will know what they're getting, and if you're talented enough to start here, you'll get a decent shot in the NFL.

ETA: Lord help you if you ever fumble the ball, though.

Which is so weird because it seems like everywhere else, Malzahn has spread the ball around well.

Auburn will likely spread the ball around more next year since we don't expect Jeremy Johnson to run as much as Nick Marshall. 2013 Auburn did a pretty good job of spreading the ball with Nick Marshall, Corey Grant, Tre Mason and Cam Artis-Payne. 2010 Auburn spread it around well with Cam Newton, Onterio McCalebb, Mike Dyer and Mario Fannin.

I think 2015 Auburn will spread the wealth around with Jovon Robinson and Racean Thomas for sure, and add in one of Kerryon Johnson or Peyton Barber.

Only because the RB competition lasted until Texas A&M

Maybe, but Gus Malzahn decided to ride the hot hand afterwards and I can't blame him.

I'm still shocked how little we used Grant this year. I got real tired of doing the Jet sweep where he would come in motion, then stop right before he got to the QB. Keep him going full speed dammit.

Does he even have a niche to fill in the NFL?

No idea. I mean he could be a good Felix Jones type guy for a few years.

If he stopped by the QB, it was because we were pulling the guards.
