Anyone see where the RB from NC that named us his leader had 3000+ yards in his FR and SR year on his HS's varsity squad?

Antonio Williams I think is his name. He really wanted an offer yesterday. He wasn't going to work out for the coaches but decided to anyway. He spent some time doing drills for Coach Horton but left yesterday without an offer. I may be wrong E can probably clarify but it sounds like room is extremly tight for 2016 rbs we may only be taking 1 so the staff is going to take their time with it.

What about the one we already have committed, Jalin Buie? Is he supposed to be any good?

I don't really know what to think of him...

On one hand, he could be pretty damn good, and this staff doesn't typically let you commit if they aren't sold on them. On the other hand, he's small (5'8, 175), and I feel that we only let him on board to help out chances with Kevin Toliver II (LSU commit) and Jeff Holland - since they all go to the same high school.

One of our DT targets DJ Jones committed to FSU

Per KN Kaleb Kim getting a serious look at Center. Could explain the lack of recruiting Darryl Williams and Brandon Kennedy.

we need some good news soon. Bama is racking up and already on 2016 and we are pretty much playing second fiddle to FSU, especially with QBs.

Tyler Queen is a better QB than anyone out there IMNSHO. There may be faster guys, but he knows this game and is a coach on the field.

well FSU needs to hurry up and select their QB out of Locksley, Jackson, and Francois so then we can have our 2nd pick.

Francois announces later this week. If he doesn't choose AU we likely won't take another QB opposite of Tyler Queen. With that being said the staff really likes Lamar Jackson he camped well yesterday and some were really surprised by his arm strength (he isn't just a runner).

I have a feeling we will take Jackson if we miss on Francois, but my gut tells me we get Francois.

Here's a pic of the "new and improved" body of TQ yesterday with Trent Thompson.

Here's a pic of our 2016 TE Commit Landon Rice. He showed good hands in camp yesterday. Needs to work on routes and getting out of breaks quicker, but he'll absolutely maul people off the oline

Here's Gabe yesterday looking really slim. We're going to rely heavy on him at DE with Carl Lawson being out.

Ivey and Sharp at tackle, Carr and Harrell at guard, Kim at center. I like it a lot

Yeah. Being addicted to Cheetos leads to students getting knocked over the head for money to get more.

It's not that part I don't like...

It's turning down an in-state kid that grew up an Auburn fan, that has worked his arse off for an offer, that went toe-to-toe with Daron Payne and got the best of him, that has superior run blocking skills...

Those underrated, "underdog" type kids that play with a chip on their shoulder should always be given special attention - especially when they grew up cheering for Auburn, IMO.

I disagree. You get the best players based on the coaches' evaluations. Obviously our coaches don't value Williams as much as others. Outside of that one camp, I'm honestly not all that impressed with him. He needs a ton of work

Well, we're going to have to agree to disagree.

I value in-state kids.

We offered 2015 3* DB Chris Westry today after a good performance this weekend at camp. We are recruiting him as a cornerback. Per AUC

Just my opinion, but looks like we're making some back up plans in case Tony Bridges flips. Anyway Westry is 6'4 180bs
