I mean, at the end of the day, he should be as good as Slade. For all the hate he gets, he still grades out pretty good. Yes, I know how slow he moves.

There's not many blazing fast OL out there. That's where coaching comes into play. Apparently they all need to run 4.8's these days to have a chance

I know, though i can settle for a 4.9 
However, Slade is about as slow as molasses on a cold morning. It does help to have some quick ones, as much as we have them pull.

Apparently 247sports isn't. 50% of our HS commits are NOT 4* or higher and we only have ONE HS commit ranked in the top 247.

Because we have several guys that aren't in the top 247 that are still 90/4*, which to me is a "here's a 4*" ranking.
We have 14 HS commits, 7 are 4*, and only 1 of those is in the top 247. That's ridiculous.

seems like we didn't pull guards nearly as much in 2013 as we had in previous years with Malzahn... or maybe i just didn't notice it

I would prefer Williams adn Kennedy but so be it. I'm okay replacing the twitter idiot with Carr. Just think Carr will be a backup until his Jr/SR year at best

Also, I don't need a 4.8 40 for OL, just a 1.68 split time. According to LSU fans, that may not be good enough for OT but will manage at OG
