I would love to get Jeff Holland. This is Jake's younger brother right? Can't go wrong with a legacy behind a four year starter and now NFL player for the Falcons.
Not quite.

Definitely Jakes younger brother. You can see it in his Athleticism
If Jeff Holland can live up to his bloodlines and be a 3 year SEC starting LB, I'd be really excited. Playing in the league for someone like the falcons would only be a bonus

I hope Jeff Holland has a mullet and wears number 5.

he tweeted a week ago that he was going to college somewhere far away from home. Seems like he want's to get out of town, but I still think he likes the Gators

WOW! How did that not get posted on all the message boards when that was tweeted?

"Have to agree with Brannigan here. I'm not very impressed with Butch Jones so far either"
What is the guy supposed to do? The roster was bare when he got there and so far he has done a good job at re-stocking it. They played with a lot of heart last year and got a big win and almost a few more. Not sure anybody but a few coaches that could have done any better.

Not sure that I will be putting much stock in anything Jake Rowe @ 247 says after this little diddy: "Not sure but they'd take both and call it a day on the OL. I both are SEC caliber OTs despite their listing." He is talking about UGA with Cole Minshew and Tyler Carr. We are recruiting Carr at Guard and Minshew at Center.

Can't believe it took two posts to get a chuckle. Bunch of stiffs up in this board.

I saw it, but I haven't had much luck with JH humor.

Really, aside from the QB position, Tennessee isn't that devoid of talent.

Tennessee had a solid OL pretty decent DL and Butch couldn't take advantage. He will probably do worse this year too.

The biggest thing they lack is speed. Watch them on special teams. They are a very, very slow team.
It's going to take a couple of years for that to change.

When is Martez Ivey gonna get on the Gus Bus?
Posted on 5/13/14 at 8:38 pm to makersmark1
Wouldn't get your hopes up on Ivey.
Posted on 5/13/14 at 8:50 pm to Weagle25
Ben Edwards will visit Auburn with 3 teammates one of which being Jeff Holland on May 31

Here's our top targets according to AUC posted today.
QB - Torrence Gibson
RB - Jovon Robinson
FB - Chandler Cox
TE - Hale Hentges
OL - Martez Ivey
WR - Jason Stanley
DE - Marquavius Lewis
DT - Trent Thompson
LB - Jeff Holland
Star - Done
CB - Darius Slayton
Safety - Jamal Peters
We are done at Star but staff could see Holland playing that position. AUC also has Jordan Colbert listed at Star
By the numbers here's what we're looking at taking including those already committed.
QB - 1-2
RB - 2
TE/Hback 1-2
WR - 3
OL - 5-6
DE - 2
DT - 2
LB - 2
Star - 2-3
CB - 2
Safety 2
QB Tyler Queen and 1 more
RB KJ and 1 more
TE / Hback Cox and Hentges or 1 of them if neither commit I'm assuming we won't take anyone else.
WR Jason Smith D'anfernee McGriff and hopefully Jason Stanley. Not sure who our 3rd option is if we miss on Stanley
OL Marquel Harrell Kaleb Kim and Baily Sharp Martez Ivey would make 4 then add 1 Center and 1 more OT
DE Marquavius Lewis is our top target and I hope we haven't given up on Natrez Patrick.
DT Trent Thompson (not coming to Big Cat) No idea which 2 we end up with here
LB Darrell Williams and Hopefully Holland we could potentially take 3 because of the Star position.
Star Montavious Atkinson Jordan Colbert Elijah Sullivan
Safety Ben Edwards and staff likes Jamal Peters (4* 6'3)
Colbert obviously can also play Safety interesting AUC has him listed at Star position. Wouldn't be surprised if Montavious Atkinson or Ellijah Sullivan start looking around.
