I really wish we got a big midyear transfer. Having a mandatory redshirt "year" would give them time to develop then contribute next SEC slate.
Look y Craig Victor at LSU. Garbage at Arizona wouldn't crack lineup. Year to develop and learn and he is 13 ppg 8 RPG and opens up game for Simmons

Waddell has already or will graduate this spring. He has a year of eligibility left but last I heard he wasn't planning on using it.

Eventually yes but I don;t see him ready to play there yet. We also want to play Canty off the ball a lot more next season which is another reason I think we look at a JC or GT point guard if Tahj can't go. Ideally we need and want to have 5 bodies for the 4 and 5 but with the way the roster is now that might not happen.

Is he going to look into coaching? P5 walkon who played serious minutes for Pearl? I imagine there would be interest somehwere

This just seems weird to me. He shoots off the bounce not really a spot up shooter. He also isn't a great defender.

Is Harper going to come in ready to play? If Williams is the #3 option at PG, I don't see that being a huge liability.

If we don't get Azabukie, we'd have room for GT/JUCO 4/5 & PG wouldn't we?

I'm hoping we get a grad transfer big if we don't get Azubuike. Next years class has 3 bigs we could possibly get. Might as well have some room for them.

I think Bruce has striaght up said we will look for a GT Big guy. We don't have much of a choice giving our situation
If Trayvon Reed comes back, I think he has a chance to be a solid contributor (mostly defensively). His issues were being completely lost + raw. As a midyear addition to the team and more time to develop, I think he should be a solid body. Athletically he is off the charts

Almost everyone thought it was TReed not Canty who had the altercation with Duke
ETA: I mean message board rumors were TReed and why he got sent home since Football > Basketball & TReed has a history

Duke is a big dude, I'm surprise Canty was able to take him. He does seem scrappy though

TSD update from BMatt
His shoulder injuries are genetic. Latest surgery by Doc Andrews was to tighten the right 1. If it does not work TSD will have to give up Bball.

With Reed back on the team AU has one spot left to fill in the 16' class and it will be a big.
Pearl is looking at some high school kids as well as jucos and grad transfers.

He is the nephew of former AU LB Quinton Reese and been coming to Auburn games since he was a little kid. I've been led to believe we are in good shape for him.
