I find it funny when people say this about college ball. Long term in college is 3 seasons at most.
Oh, my. Has anyone ever thought about this? Are you the first? fricking brilliant, man. The concept of a limit on eligibility in college.

UT is definitely NOT a pro-style system... it's the main reason Tyler Bray didn't stick around for his senior year. They'll be a shotgun, four/five wide team who uses the short passing game.
When it comes to QBs, having a strong arm is great, but IMO attributes like accuracy, running ability, decision making rank higher than arm-strength.
My bad didn't mean pro-style I just meant not spread style lol. Kid Cornwell has no wheels whatsoever but probably the purest passer out of the 5 listed. Would love to have him I read on twitter he is supposed to visit soon.

That was an attempt. Some would try the witty route. You tried something else.

Deshaun Watson and Cornwell are absolute studs. Watson could win a Heisman at Auburn

I agree, the Barker kid would probably jump all over an offer from Malzahn Cornwell and Watson are going to be tough pulls

Have you even seen his tape? The kid ran for 755 yards last season. He certainly isn't going to be a "runner" in college, but to say that he was "no wheels whatsoever" is completely inaccurate. He can move, especially in the pocket where he shows good escapability.

Like Tahj Boyd who has with the same skill set and the same offense but with much more passing opportunities and a glaring difference in receiving corps?

Rivals lists Watson as "committed" to Clemson with "medium" interest in Auburn, and "none" for anyone else.
I'm gonna read entirely too much into this and get excited

Watson would be the best fit for our offense, but I think any of the QBs listed would be potential starters. Clearly, some are higher priorities than others.

Anyone else still not used to our safety prospects being over 175lbs?

I'll be damned. Who would have thought it?

I love it, 6'2 200+ is great size in this league as much as safeties have to come up and stop the run.
My choice of words were poor describing Cornwell's running abilily. He does move around in the pocket well and no doubt he could keep a read option and pick up the first down, but he definity isn't going to make anyone miss in the open field or give us that other running threat like a Deshaun Watson type qb. Cornwell is still my #1. I've followed him since he was going into his junior year and I thought we would still be in Lofler's offense. Love the zip he puts on the ball.
