"There is really no other place like Auburn, Williams said. "Every college is the same - they have fans, they have a huge stadium, but the family and the love that is at Auburn...no other place has it. When Auburn says that they are all in it means that they are all in and that family concept? I just can't get away from it. You know I really can't even explain how great that concept is because it really matches with the atmosphere, the fans, the team, the coaches and I really, really love Auburn."
quote:

"I just really love the fact that when Coach Malzahn came in and got the job he came straight to St. Paul's and he came to speak with me and he said, 'Hey Tre. I'm Gus Malzahn and I'm the new head coach at Auburn and I will be recruiting you.' That's all he said and that's all he had to do. It was so big to me because there's a million other prospects that he could have visited. That really showed a lot and he means business. He wanted to recruit Mobile and he got it."
quote:

"I wear orange and blue and white everyday. I wear Auburn colors proudly," Williams said. "I'm 100 percent, no doubt."
All quotes from Tre' Williams.

Sounds like he gets why we all love Auburn. Those quotes make me feel better about him.

now if he can just have a little of that same enthusiam wear off on his teammate Casher, we'll be all good.

The 247 CEO predicted him to Auburn this morning.

that's probably not a bad bet, considering his top two (FSU and Bama) may already have their interior OL filled for this class... not sure if it's based on actual information or just just process of elimination.

Very good bet IMO. Sabear will take one more OL I think, even if they take Casher (to snuggle up to lil' bro) it leaves Mr. Simms.

From Deshaun, from the same article ...

It's going to be tough to overcome the Sept 14 trip to College Station, for the bama game, with an OT taken in first 2 picks this past draft, an OT taken in first round this coming draft, an inviting depth chart, the program on a high, and Sumlin.

"Playing time," Blair said. "It's all about playing time. That's it. I honestly don't know which one I can play at the most. I know I can play a lot at Tennessee, so I want to go down there and see."

Avery Young's play at RT will be the deciding factor on Blair... if AY locks down the position, then I doubt DB ends up at Auburn. No way he's gonna come to a school with two talented returning tackles in 2014.

Now if Young struggles or gets hurt again, I could see it happening... but Blair is gonna take his time and take his OVs... other programs will be using our depth chart against us, no doubt.

Where is this from? I want to take it to the recruiting board. UT fans will be pissed.

I'm thinking of the right guy right? He's friends or whatever with our DT commit Lawrence?

i may be alone in this, but i want Blair but we sure as hell don't need him. I truly feel that Shon Coleman will absolutely become a monster at LT for us once GR moves along and Avery Young will as well. Those two are our future tackles, IMO. I'm all for adding depth, but we have that at tackle for a few years.

Blair is a one and done and I think Coleman still needs another year after this to pick things up considering he has been gone for so long
