Jesus just looked up Carter's page and the dude looks like he could be a monster (even more so than now) when he gets out of highschool.
I see garner is recruiting him. Hope he can work his magic

The 4-2-5 has ridiculous amounts of success with DEs. Ellis Johnson and Garner should be able to sell him on that to cancel out the 3-4 preference

I've been doing my best to keep all the prospects we've offered in the OP, and as of right now there are 8 recruits offered at linebacker vs. 8 recruits on offense.
