Sounds like Florida is looking like the destination right now.

I can't imagine why.

I would suspect the main reason is that it's closer to home.

To spell it out, that was hyperbole digging on the fact that Florida had a terrible season this year, including losing to an FCS team, yet a 5* CB is looking to transfer there from a team that is about to play in a BCS bowl.

Any idea why he's leaving Clemson?

I'm not completely surprised about him not coming to Auburn. Seems like there at the end the brothers wanted to play for separate schools. I got the feeling Mackenro wanted to get in on his own ability and not just feel like a package deal with his brother.

Rumors on the Mainboard that Mackensie Alexander is looking to transfer from Dabo State University.
I think we (Auburn) would be a realistic destination...

His brother is here, and did Auburn not finish second for his signature?

FWIW Keith Niebuhr feels it's 65/35 in Auburn's favor for Dontavius Russel right now.

-dead period starts at midnight Sunday and goes til Jan. 16
-staff will see all commits and top targets by tomorrow

-No change with Parks and Prestwood

-Info changes daily on Lambert.
-staff felt good 2 days ago but does not know what to think now
-DL can sign on Dec. 18 as a mid year
-AU plans to put the recruiting HUNH on him til he signs

-Football banquet tomorrow and there will be OVs. List will be posted soon.

I want ensie Alexander on out defense if for no other reason than the stupidly long names on the back of the jerseys.

How would they do their last names since their first name are pretty much the same

South Carolina has two defensive linemen with the same first and last names... they were half brothers (same dad)... in other words, some dude knocked up two different women and convinced them both to name their kid after him...

Typically, they put the first name until the name differs and then the last name. So it would be mackenr Alexander and Mackenz Alexander.

They'd probably just put their first names on the backs of the jerseys
