Probably the most sane thing to come out of his recruitment all week

No doubt.
I don't know what's going to happen on Wednesday; I just know what he told the Auburn staff. If he chooses to go to Alabama instead, so be it. He is going to be a great player no matter where he ends up.

He won't make or break either team. It's just amazing to me that we can't lock down players that go to a high school a minute drive from campus.

diddy go away, this is the wrong time to troll the thread.

Did you actually graduate from jax state, or drop out when it got too tough?

That is what I expected from him. If I was a parent of a top recruit, I wouldn't let him have a twitter account. I also would ask of him to please refrain from looking online. Let's choose the school based on academics, plan for use of him, location, fit, coaches resume, etc.
I have 4 nephews that have played or are playing for a D1 program. My brother gets on the message boards and can't handle any negative remarks. I laugh at him all the time. It doesn't help that as good as his kids are in football he doesn't understand the game at a high level and is why he gets his feelings hurt.

That is my bigger concern. Not every day we get two 5* recruits in our backyard. Going 0-2 would just be sad.

Exactly, you don't hear about another school having stud recruits in their town/city and have them go somewhere else. It's pretty crazy really.

Yesterday around 5:00 I wrote "last year the Friday before signing day things got crazy and message boards exploded. This year seems really calm."
I take it back!
I take it back!

TT, I have backed up your information here for some time. I appreciate the things you said on AUF. I told them all to Kick Rocks today as well. I am done trying to share information anymore. Every time it bites me in the arse. People act grateful as long as they agree. But if you are wrong they hold their nuts on you. Frick them for awhile. I will post here and nowhere else. I will communicate by PM with my friends there. So yall are stuck with me now!

Once we have more players going to the NFL from Malzahn teams it will be easier.

Dee Finley, LaMichael Fanning, and John Sullen... Let me take a minute to laugh at all of them (they were either busts or just flat out sucked). Reuben Foster, we have yet to see what will happen with him.

I don't know what AUF is like, but it's hard to imagine a larger meltdown than going here.
I'm just glad people are starting to see he is far from a AU lock finally. Avoid the NSD mega-melt, if he picks Bama.
Btw- I do agree this recruitment has been pathetic by all involved (AU&UA inc)..Even by crazy recruiting standards.

Sullen was solid. He was what, a 2/3* recruit? Can't complain about the production we got from him given those expectations.
