Is this about me or Bama fans in general? I don't flame AU. Some of my favorite college memories are from staying with friends in AU. I used to go down every other weekend. It's a beautiful campus that - if i'd not been a third generation Bama man - I could easily have fallen in love with and spent 4 years there.

I'll not lie and say I "pull" for AU, but I don't "pull against" AU or partake in any ATPB type bullshite either.

As far as Trooper goes, most know I don't like him and that there's personal stuff there for that. That said, I don't flame your other staff and have been complimentary of most - including Chiz who most Bama fans flame continually with 5-19 talk.

If they don't get cleared early enough, can they just wait and enroll in January? Surely if they have the correct tests scores they won't have to go JuCo or Prep School route, right? Stupid questions, I know.

I'd like to know this too. I assume they'd be able to enroll in January, but I don't really know

The NCAA should be ashamed the way they treat this process every year. Make a damn decision already and let the kids get in school on time or make other arrangements. The NCAA is a joke.

I dont think it's just the NCAA, it's also the high schools themselves. The NCAA has to talk with them and if they are not around or just coming back and trying to get ready for the new year, they waste a lot of time as well.

No it the NCAA. They have a backlog of athletes to clear this time of year. Every athlete on scholarship for every sport at every school in the country. Football does not get special precedent over a volleyball player at Central Michigan.

nor should they... just b/c a couple of our guys couldn't take care of their business, it doesn't make it the NCAA's fault for not reviewing fast enough.... JMO.

I am a Trooper fan. Have been around him a couple of times. Bama fan has created and spread many vile and terrible rumors about Trooper. I prefer Bama fan not come here. I have a lot of Alabama fans as friends, hosted about 12 at the IB last year. At least you do not count 1941.

They could always hire more people around this time of the year. There are a ton of sports casualties due to the NCAA not being able to clear all players deserving.

TTs, if JaQuay and Hutch didn't wait till the last minute to get there scores and grades, they wouldn't have this problem. High School is not hard.

Bingo.. if you're having trouble getting through HS then you will have a hell of a time trying to make through Auburn.. even if your major is Sociology.

Not if Trooper has anything to do with it.

General Education would probably be the easiest route.

I thought high school was significantly harder than Auburn was. Seriously.

Anyone who thinks that the system is fricked up now doesn't remember what happened between LeMarcus Rowell and the Clearing House.

Seriously? Seems a little arbitrary, even if I like it.

This is prob how the NCAA is trying to finish their work.

Saw how close Bama, UF, and AU are with their recruiting after Rivals finished up their lists.

85 points and one recruit separate the three.
