RF will change his mind 3 times before Wed.

I will say the team announced on Monday has about at 60% of seeing the LOI.

After all this I still have him as one of the most important recruits for Auburn this year.

If he comes to Auburn I expect him to start the last half of the 2013 season. And then 2014 -15 will be the first time in a long time we felt good about MLB.

To clarify things, I don't live with football players but I hang out with a number of them pretty frequently and they'll text me about random things that happen. I also know a few people in the AD and the Tigerette/Tiger Host program but usually I keep that stuff to myself since they aren't supposed to talk about it and most of it is rumor

I was out of town and texted a few guys I knew and most of them weren't there and weren't sure what happened. Repeated that they heard about the rumor and what not but didn't know if there was truth about it. They don't hang out with RD though so who knows

So where does Auburn stand with the highly-ranked talent just days before Feb. 6?

"It stands up there," Daniel said. "I'm going to make a decision the next day or two and decide where I'm going to sign my letter and go to college. Auburn is one of the finalists. It's basically Auburn and Ole Miss."

Daniel admitted Ole Miss was surprised by his visit to Auburn. But that didn't deter him from making the trip down south to weigh one last option.

"I've got to do what I've got to do," said Daniel. "They were kind of surprised, but I have to do what I have to do. I feel like if I didn't take the visit I would be shooting myself. Why not just take it and see what it's about."

Daniel will make his final decision after returning home to speak with his mother and brother.

"It won't be that hard of a decision," he said.

It is crazy to think how good our front 6 could be in a couple of years if we end up getting Lawson, Bower, Daniel, Adams, and Foster.

Maybe Daniel just means he compared the 2 defensive staves and it isn't hard to tell which is known for producing star d-linemen.

Forget his abilities, the thing that impressed me the most about Lawson was this, back during the season, a vid was posted where some goob interviewed Lawson after a game. Said goob, asked Lawson to rate his performance on a scale of 1 to 10, Lawson rated it a low, low score........Lawson ended up with a bunch of sacks and hurries, but it still wasn't good enough. We need more players with this kind of mindset!

Here's the vid:
