See, a lot of the kids we got were kids the Bama's, LSU's, and UGA's were going for as well.

They just never developed into sound football players when they got on campus.

Arkansas S commit Khari Harding has planed a visit and Malzhan has targeted NC State WR commit Kyrin Priester. Watched both of their highlights good looking players.

I believe, recruiting this year will be crazy and I will be happy with a top 20/25 ranking.

In Trooper and Luper's first year (2009) we were 16th in Scout and 19th in Rivals. Also, IMHO we had a bad year last year in recruiting when you consider the numbers (21) and Jovon, Zeke, and JaQuay never made it to the Fall.

surely you aren't serious...and if you are you don't know much about AU recruiting and the signees the past few years. Majority of the guys we have signed had offers from other big time programs. The past few years had nothing in common with what you just described.

Text from Arshad ... "Just wanted to let you know I de-committed from Auburn. I'm keeping my options open until I take my visits and see who has the best interests for me."
Great kid. I know he's disappointed things didn't work out with AU.

Hate it for the kid, but it appears to me that we processed him..

Right now between 20-22. More if there is more attrition. If there is enough attrition we could get a max of 28 and count 3 back to 2012 if we have 3 EEs because we signed 22 last year. I would not do that with this class though.

TAMU will either have to let some go or make some preferred walk ons because the max they can have is 31. They signed 19 last season so they can count 6 EEs back to that class

Sills, Jackson and Lemond Johnson then the possible Wilkins is not bleeding, it is trimming fat from the class. Staff stopped recruiting them

Trey Johnson and Jaquay Williams were never coming to Auburn peple need to just accept that.

Foster may yet sign with AU.

I don't think Davis is a priority by the staff but they would take him.

Outside of Foster we haven't lost anyone we didn't want or weren't going to get anyways.

I am a Bobby Petrino supporter and even I am cutting some slack to Malzahn considering he is doing a good job

Well both were at one point. Johnson wasn't once Foster committed and Williams wasn't after seeing this season. But I think that was the point you were trying to make anyways.
