What's the consensus on Tunde's playing time? First series then he's out, or do we think he could be on the field for significant snaps
What did Tunde do to lose his starting job? Dismukes has to earn the job back. It should not just be handed to him.

Aubies gonna Aub.
Ridiculous.

Dismukes lost a lot of weight last week. His legs may not be all the way back to 100% either.

He did earn it back.

He earned the right to suit up and play.

Where'd you see that? He's not suspended, but Chizik hasn't said that he's starting on Saturday.

I'm absolutely fine with it being 14. Any law which criminalizes sexual conduct between two kids in high school is just a stupid law--period.

Well, according to Our Fearless Leader, Blakely will play more, and RT is still a DB, so you never know.

Is this a serious question? What did Tunde do to earn the job? Nothing. He filled in because Dismukes screwed up. Dismukes earned the starting job by proving he's the significantly better player over the last year and a half. This whole "will he or won't he start" crap is annoying. If the coaches are going to reinstate him, he should be starting. He's arguably our best lineman, and he plays the most important position on the line. If you're going to continue to "punish" Dismukes by not starting him, then why reinstate him in the first place? I'd rather the coaches just prolong his supsension. Reinstating him and not starting him -- just like Therezie's position move -- makes no sense.
Chizik has really gotten under my skin lately. We better not lose to State.

Could be that he is physically drained from earning his way back on the team. It takes awhile to come back from that type of punishment

I sort of agree I think he needs to do something to light a fire under this team, to go out there tomorrow and play with a chip on our shoulders.

Agreed. His laid back attitude is nice some, but the sense of urgency just doesn't seem to be there for this team.

Actually, it makes sense in that him not starting is a continuation of his penalty. Dismukes made the stupid decision of going against the rules that were laid out for the team, and got arrested 1 week before the first game of the season. His decisions had an effect on the outcome of the game, and if I were his teammates, I'd want him to prove that he's not gonna do this again, and make him earn the starting job.
Just because something was once yours doesn't mean it's yours forever. It's that sense of entitlement that causes players feelings to get hurt (McNeal being an example) and makes them do things instead of putting in the work to reclaim it.
And TTs, Gabe Wright tweeted something about someone giving a post-Ole Miss Tebow-like speech either Saturday night or Sunday.

I wish they would bring Takeo Spikes,Dontarious Thomas, and Karlos Dansby in to have a one on one with the team.

I hope it lights a fire under some asses. I wish Kiehl would stand up and give one right before the game. Those kind of speeches can go a long way for teammates.

Actually, that'd be a 3 on 100.
