What kind of person is he? Is he a cocky guy or more of a team player?

He has shown flashes of being very talented but dude has 4 ACL tears.

He's mid but he's absolutely the best chance the Falcons have at winning.

He was healthy and went on a podcast to talk about how he was physically ready but not mentally ready to play. He also pulled himself out last week after a rough hit and he was perfectly fine.
My thoughts - he doesn't have the mental makeup or toughness to be QB 1 anywhere. You have guys that will play dinged up and give you what they have and then you have guys like Mike that sit if they aren't mentally ready or get a little banged up.
Wasted a draft pick honestly - he'll never be a guy and it's mostly mental. The arm talent and ability is there.

Arm talent is fine. But he doesn’t have touch and he forces it to Drake. Even some of the broadcasts have pointed out others being open that he just doesn’t see.
