2 fourth rounders today and there is still quite some talent out there. With solid picks today, we could have a pretty good draft, I think.

Believe the Saints are done with picks. Everyone seems to think they don’t have holes but I think they have a lot. TB is tryin to buy a trophy but no team cohesion. I like our odds.

Wouldn't mind trading one of them for two 5th rounders. Can never have too many draft picks.

First pick today was Mykal Walker, LB from Fresno State. I'll admit that I don't know much about this guy other than he was a 1st team all MWC LB for two years in a row.

If anyone at this point in the draft is having extreme reactions, they're just bloviating.

I can’t speak one way or the other about this guy, but I look at what a team like Denver does and we just don’t compare. Players from shite conferences are complete wildcards because they don’t face the talent day in and day out. It just looks more and more like DT thinks he is the smartest guy in the room with picking these guys out of group of five conferences. We will see.

If this guy played in the SEC would he even stand out or be first or second team SEC? Not likely.

Denver has missed the playoffs for four straight years.

Well yeah. There's a reason he went in the 4th round and not earlier.

Me either, I’ll have to YouTube.

I just read one projection that had him going in the 7th or as an I drafted free agent. Another said he had good instincts but less than adequate speed.

Another article out of California said he would be a 6th or 7th round steal. So it makes sense that DT would take him in the fourth.

It’s interesting that the chiefs just took the safety out of Louisiana who ran the fastest at his position with a vertical over 40”. I hope our guy is better?

I long for a day when I recognize more than 1/4 of the names in a Falcons draft class. And I ingest a ton of college football.

Yep. I watch tons of college football and because of being at home for the past month, Ive really gotten into the draft, and probably know 200 guys in the draft. Never heard of either guy that we picked in the fourth.

Excuse me if this is a totally dumb question. Would picking up Fromm had been a good backup plan for us? Granted our season is over if Ryan goes down any which way, but seems like a good backup with how far back he fell.

Jesus Christ, the Lou groza award winner is 60 miles down the road and they draft a kicker from Syracuse. Amazing.
