The Braves are the Souths team. Period. If you live in GA, Tennessee, NC, SC, Alabama, Miss, and even Arkansas - you should be a Braves fan. This title could bring the whole rant together like we have never seen. GO BRAVES!

Pretty good way to start the game

Soler Power. Being aggressive on the base paths. Gotta love it

I’m sad Morton is done for the series now, shite.

Tough task but it is indeed a cool thing to see a unified support across our college fanbases for the Bravos

There are plenty Braves fans in Louisiana as well, at least SE Louisiana. I've been a full time Braves fan since I was 9. The '95 WS was the first series I can remember watching the whole thing. I recall little blurbs prior to that, i.e., when I was 6 my grandpa told me, "pull for the Braves, frick Canada!"
My dad grew up in Queens after immigrating from Europe as a young boy. So he's a Mets fan. It was fun growing up with that rivalry in the house. We go to a Mets @ Braves series together usually every other summer. And we have a pact to pull for each other's team in the postseason if ours isn't in it. I still can't get him to do the chop though.

1 game at a time and all but I get giddy thinking about the fans in Atlanta doing the chop all night in a game 4 or game 5 to win it all.
MLB would have to eat crow with that shite.

I'm so ready to see Truist absolutely ROCKING
The NLCS was loud and crazy as shite, but we have the potential to see one of the greatest home field environments in ATL history. Just gotta keep chopping.

Why are these games so fricking long? Is it impossible to play baseball in 3.5 hours now?

Tucker Davidson brought onto WS roster to replace Morton.

Every pitcher has to slow pace around the back of the mound, every batter has to step out and tighten their gloves, and every manager loves a good meeting on the mound with a high volume of pitching changes.
I remember growing up a regular season Braves game would start at 7:15/7:30 and you could reliably expect the game to finish up around 10/10:30. Granted, that's the regular season, but still... 4 hours plus for a baseball game is horrible for the growth of the sport.

If this guy is our future, the experience he could get from this could benefit us for years. I don’t think he will start, but I could see him getting a short leash in the middle innings.

Game 6 of the NLCS was by far and away the most impressive crowd I’ve seen. I’ve been to many UGA, NFL, Penguins playoff, NBA playoff games. The only thing I’ve seen that rivals the atmosphere that night was when the Pittsburgh pirates hosted the Cardinals many years back and all their fans stood and chanted the entire game.

The clips from the field level videographers really showcase how loud it was
It had that distinct roar that I usually only hear from big college football games
