Gutsy win. Tie series.
Down 18 and make the comeback?
This team isn't the Falcons or the Braves, that's for sure.

This team had a change in their mentality when Pierce was fired. Yes, they got some players back, but they played way less mentally weak.

So has McMillan been hired on permanently yet?

Under the table they've reached an agreement, but won't announce until end of the season.

Sorry for the late entry here, but these Hawks are not pigeons and don’t plan on laying an egg and didn’t.
Do they need time in the weight room? Obviously yes.
This was a clutch win over the #1 team in the East. I’m proud as hell of them right now but, I want more!
I think the 76Rs water-crested at the half and wear and tear is their enemy much more so than the younger Hawks franchise.
Remember the Nicks were expected to have their way and an easy series…
One game at a time and every victory makes a young Hawks team mentally stronger.
Trae and Collins are key in pushing the tempo and when they do good things happen.
You can read the tea leaves on this one the way you want too but, the NY-Post said this series would be a sweep.
Homie clown ain’t playing that shizzle!

What a comeback!
Hawks 3-2!

Hawks won the 3rd and dominated the 4th in a clutch win. The sixers are done Ebiid is only good for one period and these day in between games are only making his knee worse.
Hawks have figured them out.
Close this one out on Friday and rest up!

I don't even really care about Embiid's production anymore. He's just that much better than whatever we can throw at him.
The aspect of this series that has bothered me is the way in which Curry has been able to get off so many great looks behind the arc. Guard that dude and we'll win going away.

Tonight’s Game 6 is the most expensive ticket on an average ticket cost basis for any Atlanta hosted (non-Super Bowl/National Title game) sporting event, since...ever. Beats out 2016 Falcons NFC Championship game and all SEC title games.
After fees, cheapest ticket on resale is $350, with an average ticket purchase price of $700 PER ticket.
Hot ticket.

Damn...knew it would be high but 700 is shocking. The days of me getting last minute regular season tickets for 15 bucks a piece are over

Solid first period and ended the second strong. It sure feels better than 18 or 26 in the hole. Philly is playing hard but how long does Ebiid's bad knee hold up as he hasn't had the rest like he did in game five?
I don't care if we win by 1 point at the end it's a wrap.

Someone besides Trae and Huerter need to get going.

We all root for Atlanta teams to do well, but we also know what to expect from Atlanta teams in the playoffs
Yup.
Not complaining. Great season. But having been here for 39 years I’m not planning on celebrating a win in Philadelphia.
5 seeds don’t win in the NBA
Hopefully next year will be the year.

We need a legit #2 scorer. It’d be great to somehow pull someone like Bradley Beal in.

The heat went to the Finals as 5 seed last year.

Ok maybe I’m just Eeyore when it comes to Georgia sports.

Does that even count though? There was a 4 month break, no travel, and no fans.

76rs are put to bed and Cam Reddish will be back in the line up by Wednesday to go against Milwaukee.
I believe!
