Sixers players were intentionally fouling at the end and the refs would not call it. Very odd.

Embiid played a lot of minutes in a loss and now they can't risk benching him and going 0-2. Not a great situation for them.

Embiid also played 38 mins.A lot of it late. His knee is gonna be barking tomorrow.

Yeah, he looked to be in pain at the end. I don't know if he will be able to play in the next series, if they were to advance.

I legit can’t believe what we’re watching... this shite is like the ‘91 Braves...

SFA is gonna be rocking this weekend. Cheapest ticket to the damn game with fees is close to dang near 200 dollars, apparently the city caught Hawks fever as well.

This has been so fun to watch. That alley-oop to Collins at the end of the game was absolutely incredible. Truly electric.

The deniers can hold their noses and say the sky is green all day long but the facts are the facts. This Atlanta Hawk team has won 4 straight games against higher seeded opponents and are doing what it takes at clutch time in sealing the deal.

The Hawks are younger and healthier than any NBA team still playing and they gain confidence and grow with each playoff win. They didn't fold when the knicks took game two like everybody said was going to happen they took them to the woodshed.

Atlanta is deep in the 76r heads right now as they completely took them out of their game on Sunday. Now they 76rs said they are going to play bully ball the rest of the way.

Tomorrow's going to be extremely interesting and if the 76rs slip up I'm calling for the broom when it comes back into thrasherville!

The team under Nate at home is 20-2. If we win Game 2... it's wild to think about, but we'd likely be heading to the Eastern Conference Finals.

I’m with you, but we have to play good defense tonight. 76rs caught us in the second half.

How awesome would it be to come home with a 2-0 series lead!

Considering this team's mental makeup and leadership - I'd feel pretty good going back to an absolutely electric SFA, which got major juice from the national media for being raucous during the Knicks series (and honestly, dispelling any notion it was going to be a 'Knicks' takeover).

Sixers fans are going to be whining so hard if Simmons is not allowed to constantly reach in on Trae.

That foul narrative makes no sense to me. The Sixers shot significantly more free throws than us last game, and the Knicks did the same in the whole series against us.

1-1 going to Atlanta isn’t bad.

We need Hunter back. I wasn’t expecting a healthy Embiid and a hurt Hunter before the series started.

Yeah, no Hunter is painful. Props to the Hawks for making that comeback. If Shake Milton doesn't go off like that the Hawks probably win.

As good as Capela is, he can't really handle Embiid.

I would really like to know how that was a double technical against Gallo and Embiid. That was some bullshite.

This. If the thinking is that "we already got game 1, let's just give Hunter another week," I can live with that.

However, if he doesn't play the rest of the series I don't feel as confident.

Honestly, from what I've read it's possible we could get Reddish back as well - at the least, another competent wing defender.

Embiid is going to get his. So long as the other guys don't get open looks we will win the rest of our home games, and thus, the series.

Are NBA playoffs 2-3-2 or 2-2-1-1-1

I think the latter but I really don’t watch. Just follow. And only because the Hawks are in it.

And the Lakers and Celtics aren’t.

2-2-1-1-1 through the Conference finals.

My gut before the series was Hawks in 6. I think that's still the case, closing on a Friday night in SFA.

I didn’t get to watch the game but saw highlights of Embiid flopping around again. And they call Trae a foul merchant.

When was the last time an underdog won in the NBA?

Not taking anything from the Hawks, but 5 seeds don’t win.
